“A small personal story of returning to the land”: with these words Alessandro Chiappanuvoli sums up the business he decided to undertake with his family and with the help of many people. Pérricato is the name of the field he cultivates, from which the ancient Saragolla wheat comes. Pasta Pèrricata is made with this wheat. The illustration is made for Alessandro’s pasta label and features the face of his grandmother Teresa. To identify the two types of pasta that were produced with the help of Pastificio Rossi of Pianella (PE), the graphics were declined in two background variations, respectively, to be affixed to long and short pasta.
